Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of https://honghuahomeware.com and the purchase of products from Honghua Homeware.
1. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed upon written agreement (PI) and deposit. Prices are FOB or EXW as quoted.
2. MOQ & Samples
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Samples may be provided for approval; sample cost is deducted from the first production order under agreed conditions.
3. Production & Delivery
Lead times are quoted per order. Minor delays caused by force majeure (materials, shipping, customs) are not grounds for cancellation penalties.
4. Intellectual Property
Our tooling and designs remain our property unless explicitly transferred. Custom designs supplied by you remain your property.
